Bay/Bow Replacement Windows

Angle bay and bow windows can be installed in most large window openings, allowing you to improve your home’s appearance while also dramatically changing the feel of the room. Angle bay windows are available in four projection angles up to a 90 degree box bay. Select your preferred window style or combination of styles. Seatboard and headboard can be insulated and are available in birch or oak.

Bow windows sweep away from the wall in a graceful arch. Choose a four, five, or six window bow in many window style combinations. Projections and openings are custom-sized for a perfect fit.

    The Renewal by Andersen replacement window color palette is specially selected to match or complement the colors of your home. You can choose the same color for both the interior and exterior, or select any exterior color with a stainable wood, white or canvas interior. Our colors will not flake, rust, blister, peel, crack, pit or corrode, making troublesome maintenance a thing of the past. See the limited warranty for details.

    Tempered
    A type of safety glass that is heat-treated to be at least four times stronger than other regular glass.

    Grille Patterns


    Colonial
    You choose the number of squares for each sash.
    Prairie
    This pattern always includes two vertical and two horizontal bars per sash.
    Farmhouse
    A classic effect with two vertical bars meeting a horizontal rail or bar at the center of the window

    Modified Prairie
    With this pattern, there are always two vertical and two horizontal bars per window

    Grille Types

    Interior wood grilles
    Hardwood grilles snap into clips on sash interior and remove easily for glass cleaning. Contemporary or classic profiles in two widths.    		 Grilles-between-the-glass
    Pre-finished aluminum grilles permanently installed to provide the quick glass cleaning of a smooth surface. Narrow or wide width.
    Full divided light grilles
    A visual replication of true divided glass, with a permanently applied exterior Fibrex® material grille, and aluminum space® between the glass, and a removable or permanently applied wood interior grille.

    Insect Screens

    Insect screens are included standard with every operable window from Renewal by Andersen. Each is lightweight and designed to be easily removed from the inside of your home for easy cleaning. All insect screens are constructed with an aluminum frame and your choice of glass fiber (our standard), aluminum, or our innovative TruScene® insect screens (see below). Half insect screens are available on double-hung windows.

    High Transparency Insect Screens
    With TruScene insect screens, the view from your window stays as clear as all outdoors. With over 50% more clarity than our standard insect screens, it's virtually invisible and totally innovative. TruScene insect screens are made with a micro-fine stainless steel mesh that's one-third the diameter of standard screen wire to let more fresh air and sunlight in, while keeping most of even the smallest insects out. TruScene insect screens are like nothing you've ever seen!
