Create your own profile to view loan details, manage your account, and make secure online payments.

4. Pay by Check (Mail)

Pay by Phone Menu Tips:
• Press 1 for the automated payment system
• When prompted for an APP ID:
o Enter your APP ID, or
o Enter your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) or your phone number
Customer Support:
• To speak with a representative, remain on the line without selecting any options. The system will ask for your App ID and date of birth—simply wait through these prompts, and you will be transferred to a customer service representative.
6. Project Financing
Single Projects
Two payments are required:
• 50% deposit is due at contract signing (excluding any change orders).
• The remaining 50% (or outstanding balance) is due at substantial completion.
• Any approved change orders will be included in the final GreenSky payment draw if the approved credit amount allows. If not, the customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance out of pocket.
Multiple Projects
Same Install Date
• When multiple projects share the same installation date, one GreenSky application and account may be used, with the option to increase the credit limit.
• The payment structure will include:
o One down payment for the initial contract,
o An additional down payment for the second project,
o A final payment at substantial completion covering both projects and any change orders.
Different Install Dates
• If the projects do not share the same installation date, two separate GreenSky applications are required.
• Each project will follow the Single Project payment schedule.
